When is my order confirmed?
Your order is confirmed as soon as payment is approved. You then receive an e-mail summarising the items, the amount and the delivery address. Each piece is then checked in our workshop before it is dispatched.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Payment is made by bank card through Stripe, our secure payment provider, and by Link. Your card details are encrypted and never pass through our servers. All transactions are settled in euros.
What are the delivery times?
Orders are shipped by UPS with tracking. A tracking number is sent to you as soon as the parcel is collected. Times and costs vary by destination and are shown to you at the time of ordering.
How do I return a piece?
You have 14 calendar days from delivery to return an item, without having to give a reason. The piece must be new and unworn, with its authenticity seals intact, its original packaging, its certificate and its invoice. The refund is made within 14 days of quality control, to the original payment method. Bespoke pieces (engraving, resizing) and opened earrings cannot be taken back, for hygiene reasons.
How do I choose my ring size?
Measure the inside diameter of a ring you already wear, or use a ring sizer. Our size guide sets out the method step by step. If you are between two sizes, choose the larger one. For personal advice, write to us at info@saliagold-paris.com.
How should I care for 18-carat gold jewellery?
Store your pieces separately, away from damp. Take them off before showering, swimming and sport, and before applying perfume or cream. Clean them with a soft, dry cloth. Salia Gold Paris offers lifetime servicing and repairs on all its creations, for our private clients.
Do your pieces come with a certificate?
Yes. Every creation is in 18-carat gold (750 thousandths), hallmarked, and supplied with its certificate of authenticity and its invoice. The weight and the gold title are clearly stated on it.

Do you offer a repair service?
Yes. Every Salia Gold Paris piece comes with lifetime servicing and repairs for our private clients. Send us your piece: our workshop takes care of it and returns it to you in its original condition.
